The Fine Print
You will receive a unique reference ID code, which you will need to quote when contacting the venue about anything in relation to this order. The gift may only be used once, may not be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable or refundable. You need to give the venue a minimum of 24 hours advance warning so they have time to arrange the gift. If you wish to cancel a gift the venue needs a minimum of 24 hours notice, otherwise your gift will be deemed to be used and you will need to purchase a new one for another time.
